摘要

Sixty-eight meta-analyses and survey articles were systematically reviewed with regard to efficacy of parent-centered interventions for children aged two to twelve years and to their effectiveness in the treatment of different psychiatric disorders. All in all, it turned out that the close involvement of the parents in the treatment of children (especially of younger children) with internalized disorders is useful. A cognitive-behavioral approach involving the parents seems to be particularly effective. In externalized behavior problems behavioral parent training shows positive results not only with regard to a reduction of these problems, but also with regard to parenting behavior and-parental wellbeing. It is highly recommendable that especially behavioral parent-centered interventions of proven efficacy should be applied more often in the future and payment by the health insurance should be made possible.
