摘要
The paper presents the assessment technology for materials and welding joints of air conditioning tower in cement industry in order to establish the reconditioning technology for the reinforcement. The tower was build-up 30 years ago. The basic material of the air conditioning lower was OLK4 STAS 2883-62 heat-resistant steel until 400 degrees C Tests: physical and chemical integral assessment of the section and the influence of chemical factors of using on the weldability; mechanical and elastically characteristics assessment of metal walls; damage identification and registration. The goal is to propose a reconditioning/replacement solution for the air conditioning tower.
