摘要
This paper introduces briefly the theory and development of numerical algorithm used to design grounding system for substations and power plants based on typical substation grounding parameters. The effect of short vertical ground rods to the grounding resistance and the touch voltage in the uniform soil model and the influence of seasonal factors are also discussed.
