In the digital age, the popularity of mobile phones and tablet computers has provided a new education model for the study of pre-school children. How to make better use of mobile teaching resources to better meet and develop children's learning interests and objectives has become the focus of the research staff. For children between 2 similar to 5 years old, a children's art cognitive education software based on the IOS platform was designed, which can help children to improve the basic knowledge of the art and the cognition of the painting operation. This software can greatly improve children's learning interests and learning effects through rich and colorful pictures and the strong operability and the vivid visual effect.
