摘要
In this paper, the non-water conductometric titration method for weak acid was successfully used to determine the phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups in lignin. The best titration conditions are: Solvent : pyridine-acetone (1 : 4, V/V) mixture or pyridine or acetone, individually used. titrant : 0.05 is-similar-to 0.10 N KOH-iso-propanol or KOH-benzalcohol standard solution, titration temperature : 20 is-similar-to 30-degrees sample concentration : about 2.5 mg/mL The results from this rapid method were very similar to that from typical methods and model test.
