摘要
Combined with the design of model predictive controller for propylene rectifier, the model adaptive predictive control strategy based on system steady model is proposed. By the relative sensitivity variation of controlled variables to manipulated variables and disturbance variables based on the system steady model, the channels gain of transfer functions are modified, in order to improve the controlling performance of top temperature and bottom temperature of propylene rectifier. The results of online application show that the variations of controlled temperature are decreased one level by using this strategy, and the product quality is improved.
