摘要
In this paper, a novel approach for flotation recovery of molybdenite, galena and pyrite from a complex molybdenum-lead ore has been investigated. The analysis of process mineralogy indicates that molybdenite, galena and pyrite coexist closely. The flotation performance of MC-103 (diesel oil and diethyl phthalate mixture) was afterwards investigated and the results reveal that as a new non-thiol collector, MC-103 can selectively collect molybdenite and galena. Further, an excellent molybdenum concentrate containing 45.31% Mo with 84.90% Mo recovery, a lead concentrate containing 57.8% Pb with 87.65% Pb recovery and a pyrite concentrate containing 39.28% S with 76.91% S recovery were obtained by the locked cycle flotation process (molybdenite-galena bulk flotation followed by middling regrinding-separation), respectively.
