摘要

Detection of interactions between light and tissue can be used to characterize the optical properties of the tissue. The purpose of this paper is to establish a system that determines the scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient of tissues from two different optical transmission spectrum measured with a miniature fiber optic spectrometer and virtual instrument LABVIEW. In this paper, we combine LABVIEW and spectrometer as a new system to describe the spectrum and analyze the data in real time to realize the measurement of the biological tissue's optical properties, and afford a prerequisite for the other measurement techniques.
