摘要

We present a clinical case study of a severely autistic child, observed during a therapeutic workshop of body-mediation (baths and massages) over a period of 15 sessions. To carry this study out, we propose a method of clinical analysis based on a psychosomatic approach of the functioning of thought process and identity. This method makes it possible to observe and concretely evaluate the effects of a therapeutic workshop on children presenting severe developmental difficulties. The study makes reference to original, pictoral, clinical material in the form of 15 spontaneous person-drawings done during the 15 sessions. The therapeutic and clinical possibilities of this type of work are discussed.
