A preparation of health yoghurt with anti-distortion

Based on toxicity tests-SOS/umu and combined with animal evaluation experiment, the present study has screened several plant extracts and their combination which have significant anti-aberration. A kind of health care yogurt with the function of anti-aberration has been developed which took acanthopanax senticocous, green tea, grape seed extract as raw materials and combined with milk and suga. Meanwhile, single factor test and orthogonal test were employed to optimize the health yougurt and the optimum condition for yogurt are as follows: plant extracts combination is 15% of the total amount of the products, sucrose 9%, acid bacterium 4% and ferment at 44°C for 6 h. The mice treated by the MMC were fed with health care yogurt experiment and the results showed that the products can significantly improved the ability of anti-distortion of mice. The born marrow polychromalic erythrcytes (PCE) in mice was just 3.56‰, the thymus index was 1.57 and the sperm distortion of damage 19.40% after taking 0.2 mL/10 g by gavage method for a week continuously. Resistance to aberration effect of the experimental group was better than that of control and common yoghurt feeding group.
