摘要

Bulk quantity hexagonal borbon carbon nitride (BCN) nanoflakes were successfully synthesized via a simple precursor pyrolysis method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) showed the nanoflakes having tens of layers with the size of 20 mu m and 10 nm in thickness. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) were performed to reveal the chemical structure of the products. The results show that the products have a hybrid chemical composition of B-N, C-C, and C-N bonds.
