摘要
We report an instance of a large number of Myotis bats, probably Myotis lucifugus (Little Brown Bat), landing on a fishing vessel and roosting overnight on it and on some of its gear similar to 110 km from the nearest land in the Gulf of Maine. This sighting was considerably beyond what would be considered a normal distance from land (similar to 10 km) for these bats to fly.
