摘要

Deformation of sheet metal is more complex and many factors affect the formed results in the continuous forming process. The accurately controlled the deformation of sheet was very difficult. In this paper, the effects of the flexible roll shape and the press displacement on formed results were analyzed by numerical simulation and tests of continual forming for the saddle surface parts. The finite element models of continuous forming were founded and saddled-shaped parts forming processes were simulated through the ABAQUS software. Basted on researching interaction between the vertical deformation and horizontal deformation in the continuous forming process, the plan of revised the forming process were proposed, and the forming tests and the measured formed surface were done. These results indicate the precision of formed parts are high.
