摘要
A novel analysis approach based on transverse resonance method ( TRM) is presented for Ti:LINbO(3) acoustical channel waveguide on LiNbO(3) substrate. In this paper, we give how to construct the equivalent circuit of Ti:LiNbO(3) acoustical channel waveguide and the equivalent circuit of acoustical directional coupler with constant gap formed by Ti:LiNbO(3) acoustical channel waveguide. And respective dispersion equations are deduced from the given equivalent circuits. The results show that this analysis approach is effective, simple and convenient.
