摘要
A computer model for studying the formation of metal coating on a DNA fragment resulting from an electrostatic interaction between a matrix molecule and positively charged gold nanoparticles in an aqueous solution is developed on the basis of the Monte Carlo method. The influence of the size and charge of nanoparticles on the self-assembly of nanowire and the quality of the formed metal layer is studied.
