摘要
Four new lignans, didymocarpuslignan A (1), didymocarpuslignan B (2) didymocarpuslignan C (3) and 7R,7'R,8S,8'S-(+) icariol A(2) (4), along with eight known lignans were isolated from the roots of Didymocarpus hedyotideus Chun. Their structures were identified on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR analyses. The relative configurations were determined by the value of the coupling constant, the absolute configurations were elucidated by the CD spectral analysis. The anti-hepatitis B virus activities of compounds 1-4 were evaluated. Compounds 1-3 showed in vitro antiviral effects on hepatitis B virus.
