摘要

In this document, a unilateral clamping suspension tool was designed for tube stake installation of marine fan impeller. This suspension tool is able to lift the steel piles, which are phi 5000 mm of the diameter, 300 t of the weight. First of all, it carried out the structural design of the suspension tool and described the its working principle; Secondly, it designed the hydraulic system and the dead weight cam clamping, analysed the clamping force, and carried out the analysis of stress and strain and strength checking to the cam's contacting tooth in using the cable element method; Finally, according to the ratio: 1/60 of the pile weight, it developed the prototype and carried out hanging tube experiments to verify the rationality and reliability of the design of prototype and lay the theoretical and practice foundation for the design of engineering prototype.
