摘要
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was applied for the determination of antibiotics in hospital wastewater. Results showed that the concentration of ofloxacin (OFX) in hospital ranged from 1.611 to 4.423 mu g/l and norfloxacin (NOR, 0.138-1.623 mu g/l), ciproflaxacin (CIP, ranged from 0.014 to 0.138 mu g/l), trimethoprim (TMP, 0.065-0.176 mu g/l) were commonly detected.
