An algorithm for mining constrained maximal frequent itemset in uncertain data

With the application of wireless sensor network developing, more and more uncertain data are getting in the electric power, finance, telecommunication and logistics field. Bases on the constraints the uncertain data generally to exist, appears more and more important regarding the data mining of most greatly frequent itemset. In view of uncertain data characteristic, the paper proposed the constrained uncertain data maximal frequent itemset mining algorithm. Then we conducted relevant experimental analysis, and proved the effectiveness of the algorithm. By using this algorithm for frequent itemsets mining, we can make quantitative judgments that are further close to the objective and truthful thermal power unit running state. They can also help the operator of the power plant improve the unit efficiency and provide the support for energy conservation and emissions reduction.
