摘要

To study the multiple demand spots emergency transshipment inventory policy under uncertain environment, a second level emergency materials supply system which included an central materials supply center, a shared warehouse and multiple demand spots was considered. The demand of materials for demand spots was provided by central materials supply center and shared warehouse, which belongs to random fuzzy varible. Proportion of total demand satisfied by demond spots depended on inventory, proportion of other demond spots';emergency transshipment, and formulations of direct deliveries';satisfied proportion and total cost were calculated. The optimization decision model was proposed with minimum total cost as objective function, considering individual demand spots';service level as constraint condition and demand spots';stock level and transshipment points as decision variables. Aiming at the changes of main parameters, the comparison analysis was performed on complete transshipment strategy, partial transshipment strategy, and no transshipment strategy. The proposed model was solved by random fuzzy varible simulation combined with particle swarm algorithm. A numerical example was given to analyze the total cost difference among three transshipment strategies, and concluded that the total cost with complete transshipment strategy was least and that without transshipment strategy was highest.
