摘要
Carboxymethylcellulose calcium for pharmaceutical necessities is prepared by slurry process. Compared with other disintegration agents, the present Ca-CMC has quicker disintegration rate. No calcifying agents remain in the present Ca-CMC samples by slurry process and the content of other impurities satisfies the requirement of pharmaceutical necessities. In addition, the reason that Ca2+ cannot replace Na+ completely in preparing process is discussed.
