摘要

Previous large-scale structural testing machine encountered many problems, including complex testing processes, long cycle, difficult to program the testing script and error-prone. Therefore, a new workflow technology was developed, and the description, verification and control of testing processes on workflow drive was realized. First, the models of test workflow (TWF) based on the workflow nets was developed. The TWF models were able to show various complex route logic appeared in the testing process. Second, how dynamic changes of testing resource affect the testing process was further considered, and a model of resource-constrained test workflow (RCTWF) was also developed. Third, the soundness definition of RCTWF was proposed and the algorithm verification of correctness based on the reachability tree was formed. Fourth, the measurement system framework of RCTWF was established after analyzing the function of large-scale structural testing machine. Finally, a prototype system was developed based on components of WF4.5, and it was applied on the self-developed mechanical property test platform for marine component successfully.
