摘要
Fast and reproducible quantification of thymosins beta 4 and beta 10 in different cell cultures was achieved by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. We demonstrated that cancer cell lines all exhibit a higher amount of T beta 10 compared to control cells, whereas the level of T beta 4 is drastically depending on cell lines.
