摘要

To consider both the dynamic characteristic and the speed of wavelet transform in interferegram, a new method calculating the phase of fringe pattern is presented. The presented method combines the Fourier transform and the wavelet transform. The frequency distribution of one fringe pattern is gotten by the Fourier transform. Then the frequency range and the direction of fringe pattern can be certained. Thus, the scale factor and rotation angel of the wavelet can be determined accurately. So the wavelet transform of fringe pattern can be performed fast. For simulation analysis, we save 10 s, and for experimental analysis, we save 21 s. The results show the validity of the developed method to improve the real-time characteristic of interferometry.
