摘要

The word “organizational change” was first put forward\nin 1947 by scholar Kurt. Before\nthe 1990s, most of the scholars praise highly the old institutionalism,\nbelieving organizational change as a summary of interpretation; after the late\n1990s, along with the complicated international environment, the increasing\nprogress of science and technology, research on organizational change is more and more specific and concrete, and scholars view change as normal in any organization\nand emphasize the universality of organizational change. Although the research\non organizational change is more and\nmore deep, including the background of organization, the process of\norganizational change, the role of leaders in a change, the relationship between\nchange and the environment etc., the quantitative analysis is absent. So this\narticle uses visualization software CiteSpace and sets the\nkeywords as nodes, observing the research\nhotspot and the development trend in the field of organizational change, and we\nfind the number of literatures published is at the\ntop in 2008. There are four keywords that have higher co-occurrence frequency\nand centrality, which are\n“dynamic capability”, “human resource”, “competitive advantage” and\n“organizational structure”. Also, we will analyze literature related to the\nfour keywords that have strong centricity thoroughly.
