摘要
Asymmetric tandem Michael-hemiacetalization reaction between 1-nitromethylcycloalkanol and alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehydes was investigated, which provided an efficient and facile synthesis for spiro cis-delta-lactones by in situ oxidation of Spiro delta-lactols in good overall yields with high to excellent enantioselectivities and diastereoselectivities.
