In the MS 2050 of the Library of Catalunya is preserved, under the title of Pro eso de coplas de burlas que pasaron entre don Luis del Mil芍n, el m迆sico, y don Joan Fern芍ndez, the most complete set of poems of the known dispute between the vihuelist and writer Luis Mil芍n and the poet Juan Fern芍ndez de Heredia. However, this source hasn＊t been considered in the editions of the works of both authors and, as a result, plenty of the compositions are still unpublished. From the texts of some of these poems and their interesting headings, the question of the identity of Mil芍n is discussed in detail here. The main conclusion is the need of considering the revision of the identification of this author with Llu赤s del Mil角 i Eixarch, that is nowadays widely accepted. As an appendix to this article, an annotated edition of the Proceso is offered. En el ms. 2050 de la Biblioteca de Catalunya se conserva, bajo el t赤tulo de Pro eso de coplas de burlas que pasaron entre don Luis del Mil芍n, el m迆sico, y don Joan Fern芍ndez, el conjunto de poes赤as m芍s completo de la conocida disputa que mantuvo el vihuelista y escritor Luis Mil芍n con el poeta Juan Fern芍ndez de Heredia. Sin embargo, esta fuente no ha sido considerada en las ediciones existentes y, como consecuencia, bastantes de las composiciones permanecen todav赤a in谷ditas. A partir de la informaci車n que transmiten algunos de estos textos po谷ticos y, especialmente, de las interesantes r迆bricas que los preceden, se trata en detalle la cuesti車n de la identidad de Mil芍n. La principal conclusi車n que puede extraerse es la necesidad de considerar la revisi車n de la identificaci車n del autor con Llu赤s del Mil角 i Eixarch, ampliamente admitida en la actualidad. En ap谷ndice se ofrece una edici車n anotada del Proceso.
