摘要

A multiple agents based three-layer fault restoration model is presented according to the hierarchical architecture of high voltage distribution networks. In this model the fault restoration process is divided into four stages, i. e., restoration in substation, restoration in distribution network, restoration in whole system and remote restoration. Thus, these agents at each layer produce the restoration scheme at each stage step by step based on the scheduled procedure. This scheme restores the lost loads as many as possible using the nearest power sources preferentially and hence reduces the influence of faults. The details on the behavior and function of all kind of agents, the coordination process among agents at each layer and design and implementation of this multi-agent system using JADE are elaborated. The restoration result in a real distribution network demonstrates the effectiveness of this proposed method.
