摘要

On the basis of 50 bottom samples collected in August-October 2002 the authors present the quantitative state of benthic associations in the lakes Golovita and Zmeica belonging to the great para-marine lagoon Razim-Sinoe (south part of the Danube delta). In the two investigated lakes the diversity of bottom fauna is relatively low-about 35 taxa. 26 species from 17 supra-specific taxa were identified (in the both lakes 10 taxa and 5 supra-specific taxa are commune). Among the benthic invertebrates crustacean and insect-larvae populations are the most important, by their numerical density; they are followed by nemathoda and oligochaeta from worms group and mollusca populations. Generally, the largest part of the bottom fauna occurs on all type of substrata in the both lakes being eurytop species (nemathoda and oligochaeta worms, same species of ostracoda and copepoda crustacean). Some species are peculiar only for certain type of substrata, being less numerous (Hypania invalida, Hypaniola kowalewskii - polychaeta worms, Adacna fragilis and Monodacna sp. - bivalvia mollucan and some species of mysidacean crustacean: Paralysis baerii bispinosa, P. kessleri sarsi, P. intermedia on the sandy bottoms, Pterocuma pectinata - cumacean crustacean, Dikerogammarus sp. - amphipoda on the submerged vegetation). Although the similarity between benthic population from the lake Golovita and lake Zmeica is great, some of the relict ponto-caspian fauna (species of Hypania, Hypaniola, Dreissena polymorpha, Adacna, Paramysis, Pterocuma) are more abundant in the lake Zmeica.
