摘要

Poly(acrylamide-co-methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride)/ montmorillonite was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method using acrylamide (AM) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as monomers, ammonium persulfate (APS) as the initiator, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide (NMBA) as the cross-linker and montmorillonite (MMT) as the filler. The swelling behavior of superabsorbent composite was studied by immersion of the composite in deionized water and pHs. The superabsorbent composite deswelling behavior induced by a direct current electric field was investigated. this superabsorbent composite can absorb 819 times water and exhibits a volume constriction of 86.5% under an applied voltage of 30V.
