摘要
ZnS1-xSex alloy nanostructures have been successfully synthesized through a simple and effective solvothermal method. Crystal structure, morphology, and optical properties of prepared nanopowders were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, Field emission scanning electron microscopy, and UV-Vis-IR spectrophotometer. XRD measurements indicate that the ZnS1-xSex alloys have a wurtzite-type hexagonal crystal structure. The lattice constants of ZnS1-xSex nanoparticles have a linear dependence on the Se content and follow Vegard's law. With the increase of the Se content, their band gap red-shift continuously, further indicating the formation of the alloyed nanostructures. The TEM observations demonstrated that the size of ZnSSe powder is about 30 nm.
