摘要

In this paper, an explict expression of objective function which satisfies with the structural strength and stiffness is formulated by taking advantage of Multi-disciplinary Optimization Theory. Moreover, a Single-objective optimal model, with the minimum of the maximum displacement of the structure and the minimum of the maximum Von Misses stress of the element as optimization objective, and the dimensionless elastic modulus and oil film stiffness as design variables, is established, which refers to the general performance of structure as objective. In addition, the parameters for the systemic mechanical performance improvement are obtained in consequence of the solution for the optimization model above. Hence, the research in this paper will be of great theoretical signification and practical value to enhance the carrying capacity and performance of the CNC Turntable, satisfy the demand for high-precision machining, promote the independent innovation and development of advanced manufacturing.
