摘要

A driving circuit for triangle transformational non-resonant piezoelectric linear motor with double driving feet was designed. The driver used PSoC3 as signal generator which can produce 4 channels sine wave signals with phase displacement of 90°. After a two-stage linear voltage amplifier circuit composed by OP07 and PA42 and a power amplifier circuit constituted by 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 transistors, driving circuit can produce high power bias signals to drive motor. At the same time, the reason of self-excited oscillation and the preventive measures were researched through the analysis of amplitude frequency characteristic curve of the voltage amplifier circuit. And a scheme of single power class AB complementary symmetry power amplifier circuit was put forward in view of the problem of crossover distortion in high frequency. The experimental results show that the driving circuit can generate ideal sinusoidal waveform signals to operate motor stably. What is more, the output voltage (0~120 V) and the signal frequency (0~2 kHz) can be adjusted independently and continuously, and the driver has the characteristics of large power and high precision.
