摘要

A facile and efficient synthesis of polysubstituted cyclohexanol derivatives by the addition and cyclization reaction of substituted acetophenone and chalcone in the presence of NaOH under solvent-free conditions is reported. This protocol has the advantages of shorter reaction time, mild conditions, easy work-up, and environmental friendliness. The products were identified by IR, H-1 NMR and elemental analysis. The solvent-free method is the efficient approach for the synthesis of these compounds.
