摘要
To understand the effects of picolinamide-like ligands on reaction equilibrium, a series of picolinamide derivatives were synthesized and the interactions between the diperoxovanadate complex [OV(O2)2L]- (L = D2O or HOD, abbr. bpV) and picolinamide ligands in solution were explored using multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 51V) magnetic resonance, COSY, and HSQC in 0.15 mol L-1 NaCl ionic medium for mimicking physiological conditions. Formation constants among the picolinamide-like ligands are N-(1-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-picolinamide approximate to N-(2-hydroxypropyl)-picolinamideN-(3-hydroxypropyl)-picolinamideN-propyl-picolinamide. The substituting group influences the equilibrium by electronic effects. The interactions result in a series of new seven-coordinate diperoxovanadate species [OV(O2)2L']- (L' = picolinamide-like ligands).
