摘要

The round-off errors due to different methods in the process of calculating general Green';s function were analyzed in this paper. The concept of pseudo relative error was introduced to find the range of acoustic wave velocity where the round-off errors can';t be neglected. The amplitude of round-off errors was determined by the conditions of the eigen-value matrix. It shows that the method which firstly calculates the roots of the eigen-value polynomial of the Christoffel matrix to get the attenuation factor is more accurate. The round-off errors were reduced by decreasing the condition of the matrix based on this conclusion. High velocity leaky wave modes in several normal leaky wave materials were estimated after the Green';s function was calculated, which agree well with the results proposed by classical literature.
