摘要
Hieracium zajacii Szelag is described from the Velka Fatra Mts in Slovakia. It is the first representative of H. lycopifolium agg. to be found in the Carpathians. The new species is tetraploid (2n=36) and reproduces apomictically. Its origin is briefly discussed.
