摘要

3D (3-dimentional) reconstruction algorithm with parameter calibration model based on the traditional reconstruction method in 3D ultrasound imaging system with rotational scanning was proposed. The algorithm could get higher accuracy and smaller image geometric distortion by integrating parameter calibration model which can provide more accurate position information of 2D (2-dimentional) image series. The parameters in this model were obtained by optimization method. The experimental results with the synthetic data and the real 3D ultrasound images demonstrate that the proposed method can get more accurate reconstruction accuracy compared with the traditional reconstruction method. This method provides an effective way to obtain 3D ultrasound images with high precision in the condition of manufacturing with low precision.
