摘要

The objective of this research was to isolate and identify nematophagous fungi of the genera Paecilomyces and Pochonia and to study the potential of these fungi for egg parasitism of M. javanica at different incubation temperatures. Twenty-one specimens were examined from soils, plated and identified, obtaining pure cultures of various isolates. The determination of the mycelial growth and parasitism "in vitro" isolates on M. javanica was conducted in Petri dishes containing media PDA and water agar, respectively. The isolates were incubated in BOD at temperatures of 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 C +/- 2 with a twelve hour photoperiod. The mycelial growth of the colony diameter was measured after eight and the determination of parasitism was measured after two weeks of incubation, calculating the percentage of parasitized eggs. Seventeen isolates of P. lilacinus and three isolates of P. chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia were obtained and identified. The isolates of P. lilacinus differed with respect to the growth rate and were temperature dependant in their ability to infect eggs of M. javanica. The three isolates of P. chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia behaved as egg parasites.
