摘要
A paraffin soaked graphite electrode was fabricated by poly (neutral red) film, covering with a layer of gelatin, and finally cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The method greatly shorten the running-off of water-soluble mediator, nutral red, and improved the stability. The fabricated H, 0, sensor presents a linear range from 0.02 mmol/L to 25 mmol/L H2O2; The response time and the detection limit were 30s, 0.018 mmol/L respectively. The sensor retains more than 90% of initial response after storage (4degreesC) for four months.
