Let P be a poset on [n]. We construct a subgroup G(P) of the full poset-isometry group Iso(P) (F(q)(n)) and present the structure of G(P) as well as its size. We also find poset-metric spaces satisfying G(P) = Iso(P) (F(q)(n)) by using a characterization of G(P).
