摘要

The high voltage power supply for magnetron, used for the microwaves generators in industrial applications, is a classical design. This system is composed of a phase leakage flux transformer supplying a cell composed of a capacitor and a diode, which double the voltage and stabilize the current. A pi quadruple model of this transformer is developed taking into account the saturation phenomena and the stabilization process of a magnetron current. Each inductance of the model is characterized by a non linear relation between flux and current that we obtain directly from the transformer's data (magnetizing curves, geometry, etc.). In this paper, we present a new validation approach of this model, by MATLAB-SIMULINK (R) code at the nominal state, based on the comparison between experimental and simulated fluxes. The simulation curves match the experimental measurements as closely as expected The results from SIMULINK and EMTP (R) (Electromagnetic Transient Program) code are also compared The results' analysis confirms the conservation law of fluxes and proves that the leakage flux in the shunt can not be ignored contrarily to the conventional transformer.
