摘要

This paper carries out the research on the influence of temperature on the process of ferro-electric polarization reversal. A micromechanics model is established based on the micromechanics and thermodynamics combined together including the influence of thermal, mechanical and electric, etc. The results show that the temperature influences the ferroelectric hysteresis and coercive strength direct. With the temperature rising, the hysteresis becomes smaller and the coercive strength becomes lower.
