The effect of regional education resources integration could be judged by the improvement of vulnerable groups' situation from equity perspective, vulnerable group contains three levels: individual, school and district. The data from Qikou district suggest that: education resources integration of Qikou significant soluted the problem of migrant workers' children dropping out of school,and promoted the equity between the key schools and ordinary schools.Furthermore, it narrowed the gap between the developed area and developing area.
