摘要

A lysine derivative with selectively protected side chain N-alpha-Boc-N-epsilon-Fmoc-L-Lys-OH was synthesized through decomposition of lysine cupric complex with tetrahydrothiazole-2-thione (TTT). The results indicate that the decomposition is faster and more complete, the by-product was easier to be removed than that with traditional reagents (H2S, EDTA, HCl).
