摘要
The hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of bio-oil was investigated using two Pt-loaded mesoporous materials: Pt/MSU-F and Pt/Al-MSU-F. Guaiacol and dibenzofuran were used as the model compounds. 0.5 wt% Pt was impregnated on the mesoporous materials to enhance the catalytic activity. The characteristics of the catalysts were examined by N-2 adsorption-desorption and temperature programmed desorption of ammonia. HDO reactions were carried out using a batch-type reactor. The reaction pressure and temperature were 40 bar and 250 degrees C. Pt/MSU-F showed negligible catalytic activity for the conversion of guaiacol and dibenzofuran because it had no acid sites. On the other hand, Pt/Al-MSU-F, which has both large pores and acid sites, exhibited a high catalytic activity for the conversion of guaiacol and dibenzofuran. Cyclohexane and 1,1-bicyclohexyl were the main product species of the HDO of guaiacol and dibenzofuran, respectively.
