摘要
The complexation between esters derived from sorbitol and beta-cyclodextrin was studied. Isosorbide dioleate and sorbitan trioleate formed well-defined inclusion complexes with beta-cyclodextrin and these inclusion complexes exhibited surfactant behaviour.
