摘要

The inspection method of glass defects based on transmissive out-of-plane moire was investigated. In this, dual CCFL is used as light source, and sinusoidal fringe on the glass ribbon is collected through Linear CCD. Fourier transform is used to process the moire fringe image, and the bandreject filter is designed to attenuate first-order spectrum while bandpass filter which has opposite characteristic to attenuate other frequencies except first-order spectrum. The inverse Fourier transform is used to acquire defects image and phase map respectively. Using two thresholds, segmentation of defects image is proposed to classify the defect types. The method of calculating dioptre based on phase map is raised. The results showed that the defects which can be detected were 0.1×0.1 mm minimal.
