摘要
Influences of the electrolyte acidity and an external field of 8 kOe on FeCo nanowires deposition are systematically analyzed in this paper. The deposition field gives rise to a preferred crystalline orientation in the nanowires, and an anisotropy along the applied field direction has been induced. Both the coercivity and the loop squareness ratio have been greatly enhanced.
