摘要

Investment in human capital is the basis for the sustainable development of enterprises, and it is extremely important to improve the human capital stock of enterprises and enterprise competitiveness. However, as an investment, since there is huge profits return, it will inevitably accompany by the existence of a number of risks. Since investment in human capital is an important issue to be faced, then, how to circumvent investment risk and acquire higher return on investment in human capital has become a very realistic topic in the economic practice. This paper adopts qualitative analysis research methods. Firstly makes an analysis on the content and scope of human capital and investment in human capital; then points out the main types of risk of corporate investment in human capital; at last combined with the current financial crisis, this paper provides some suggestions and solutions on avoiding the risk of investment in human capital from the aspects of the binding mechanism, operating mechanism and supporting platform, in order to give enlightenment on practice of human capital investment in enterprises.
